Picture1 (41) Hilton is expanding its US hotel portfolio with new properties in Indianapolis, Naples, Florida, Pittsburgh, Huntsville, Alabama, and San Diego, while investing millions of dollars in renovations to strengthen its position in the business, leisure and extended-stay markets.

The expansion includes the opening of Signia Hilton Indianapolis in December 2026 and Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort in January 2027, alongside apartment-style accommodation and new all-suite hotels.

Signia Hilton Indianapolis will be one of the most significant additions to the city’s hospitality sector. The 803-room hotel, owned by the City of Indianapolis and managed by Hilton, will be the city’s tallest hotel.

Located downtown along the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade, the property will provide direct access via skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium, positioning it to serve convention delegates, sports fans and other event visitors.

The hotel will feature 10,000 m² of meeting space, including a 5,000 m² ballroom, seven dining and bar concepts, a rooftop pool and a wellness center. Its amenities will also include a 38th-floor sky bar and lounge, a curated public art collection and Club Signia, a premium guest offering.

In Florida, Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is scheduled to open in January 2027. The property will introduce the Signia brand to another major Gulf Coast leisure destination, combining an upscale hospitality experience with a beachfront setting near the mangrove forests of Clam Pass.

Hilton is also expanding its apartment-style accommodation offering. Placemakr Pittsburgh Downtown, Apartments by Hilton, just opened in September 2026, placing guests near the city’s Cultural District, theaters, restaurants and business hubs.

In Huntsville, Alabama, Anthem House – Placemakr Huntsville, Apartments by Hilton, is expected to open this October. Located in the MidCity District, the property will offer residential-style accommodation suited to travelers seeking more space and flexibility.

Meanwhile, Home2 Suites by Hilton San Diego Downtown is scheduled to open in December. Located about one mile from the San Diego Convention Center, the hotel will offer flexible suite configurations, pet-friendly accommodation, a fitness area, laundry facilities and complimentary breakfast.

Hilton is also investing in existing US properties. Conrad Indianapolis is undergoing a $25 million property-wide renovation, scheduled for completion in December 2026 to coincide with the hotel’s 20th anniversary.

The refurbishment forms part of Hilton’s broader investment in its US portfolio, combining new hotel development with upgrades to established properties to address demand across meetings, leisure and longer stays.
